We check the products we provide to our customers for any defects or defects. All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you can return it free of charge and we will do our best to replace it or we will refund your money. In case any item is missing from your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the receipt number in order to rectify the problem.
You can also return your order (in part or in full) within 14 days of shipment without justification. In this case, your money will be refunded in the same way as your order was paid and you will only be charged for the shipping costs of the products you return. Products to be returned will be sent to our facilities accompanied by the retail receipt, provided that the returned items are in their original packaging.
