DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be sent by the courier company to the shipping address you indicated when submitting your order within 3 working days.
All orders are processed, delivered and shipped only on business days (ie, Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Promo Code: Sometimes, we can reward our customers with special offers via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the specified date. To take advantage of the promo codes, simply enter the promo code next to the box marked "Promo Code" on the billing page during the payment process. When a promo code is accepted, it will appear on the order review page. Please note, however, that promo codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one promo code can be used per online order.

We check the products we provide to our customers for any defects or defects. All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you can return it free of charge and we will do our best to replace it or we will refund your money. In case any item is missing from your order, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know the receipt number in order to rectify the problem.
You can also return your order (in part or in full) within 14 days of shipment without justification. In this case, your money will be refunded in the same way as your order was paid and you will only be charged for the shipping costs of the products you return. Products to be returned will be sent to our facilities accompanied by the retail receipt, provided that the returned items are in their original packaging.
